Waiting, Wishing, Hoping, Dreaming

It's been sometime since I started this Blog thing....I am trying to stay up with all my girlfriends that have one.  I am still trying to learn what I am doing, so bear with me.  Let's see...where was I...Oh adoption..yes...we might be taking a different look into the foster/adopt option.  I am leaving my doors open to what ever God wants me to do.  We are waiting to get into our new house & then we will proceed in starting the county adoption classes.   My husband and I are also planning on doing a few mission trips with our church. I really want to volunteer in an orphanage.  We will see...just waiting, wishing, hoping, dreaming.......

Evening Smells

Tonight as I stepped outside to sit and watch the sunset, there was certain smell that reminded me of when I was younger visiting my Grandmother.  Southern California always had a yummy smell and tonight I could smell it in the air...the scent of clean ocean breezes, eucalyptus and a hint of orange...I love it!!!!

Application Time!!!!

We have sent in our preliminary application to Bethany and now we are working on the Main application...The unknown is such a scary process, but God has been whispering in my ear about adoption and now it is time to follow him and my heart.....Now our Journey begins.....
